Shared Christmas Party Nights at The Athenaeum in Bury St Edmunds 2017

Join us for a Great Gatsby Christmas Party.

It’s time for a 1920’s extravaganza of fashion, flappers and festive fun with a three course meal, the casino tables are back and our resident DJ will keep you on the dance floor playing sounds from every era.

The evening begins with a welcome drink you can then enjoy a sumptuous three course festive meal followed by our fun casino tables for night of fun. Wednesday & Thursday nights £38.00 per person.

Friday & Saturday nights £40.00 per person (Minimum tables of 8 or 10 - We are sorry we cannot accommodate lower numbers this would compromise our capacity).

The Library can be hired for a private party room for parties up to 25 people. Our festive menu can cater for all dietary requirements including gluten free.

Arrival drinks at 7pm, call for dinner 7:45pm. DJ to start 9:45pm. Carriages 12:30pm (later this year)

Useful Information

Deposit - We require £15.00 per person non-refundable deposit to secure. Menu choices are required by the end of October.

Dress Code - Smart Casual, 1920’s fancy dress is optional.

Number of guests- If you wish to increase the number of guests, every effort will be made to accommodate you, however we cannot guarantee this will always be possible.

Tickets will not be issued upon booking, we would ask that you provide us with a group name for the table plan.

Bar & drinks we provide a full bar service under no circumstances may guests bring their own drinks on site.

Non-smoking throughout. E cigarettes are not permitted inside of the building.
